Chinese Juniper
Light: Chinese juniper prefers full sunlight, receiving at least 6 to 8 hours of direct sunlight per day. Placing it in a location with ample sunlight promotes healthy growth, vibrant foliage, and a more compact form.
Watering: Water deeply but infrequently. Provide enough water to reach the root zone, encouraging the development of deep and robust roots. Shallow watering can lead to a shallow root system.
Height: Chinese juniper comes in various cultivars with different sizes and growth habits. Some are low-spreading ground covers, while others can grow into tall, upright trees. Sizes can range from a few feet to over 30 feet in height, depending on the specific variety.
Temperature: Chinese juniper is known for its tolerance to a wide range of temperatures. It can withstand cold winters and is also heat-tolerant, making it versatile for various climate conditions.
